HYRATECH Computers, Inc. Doing Business Online as
HYRATEC.COM Thereafter will refer only as Hyratech. Your use of the Hyratech
web site (the "Site" is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set
forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this Site
or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance
of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If
you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site and
please do not submit any orders for products or services.
Hyratech may change these terms and conditions in the future. It is your
responsibility as a user to periodically return to the site to review the terms
and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically
the day they are posted on the site. Your continued use of the Hyratech web site
following any amendments will constitute agreement to such amendments.

Purchase and Payment Options
If you wish to make purchases of products or
services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information,
including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree
that all information that you provide to Hyratech will be accurate, complete and
current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your
account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when
such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any
applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.
Hyratech accepts PayPal,
Google Checkout, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa for online
payment transaction. For your security, products will not be shipped to an
address other than your billing address unless that shipping information is
registered with your credit card company.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the
address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect
information may cause a delay in processing your order. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases with Hyratech.
For security purposes on the consumer’s behalf, any possible credit card
fraud attempt will be reported to the issuing bank.

Sales Tax
This site is controlled and operated by Hyratech
from its offices within the State of New York, United States of America.
Hyratech is required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax to New
York State resident and/or New York State shipping address for all purchases.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually shipped UPS and/or FedEx for
domestic orders.
In-stock merchandise is usually shipped the same business day of order receipt
before 3:00PM EST.

Although the Site is accessible worldwide, not all
products or services discussed or referenced in or on the Site are available to
all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Customers are
responsible for paying any applicable customs and import duties. Hyratech cannot

Pricing and Typographical Errors
Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer
products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make
every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information.
Descriptions of products provided by Hyratech are based upon our supplier's
representations. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, Hyratech shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. For accurate
information, please check with the manufacturer using the part number for
detailed specifications prior of purchase. Please note all advertisements are
subject to change without notice.

General Policies
· Shipping charges are non-refundable.
· All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
· An RMA must be requested within the warranty period of the particular item. For RMA #, please visit www.hyratech.com/returns.php
· The returned package must be received within 10 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA number.
· All products are sold with their respective manufacturer warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
· When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for all shipping charges and insuring the returned item.
· All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user manuals.

Returns are subject to as applicable restocking fee, depending on the condition
of goods and packing material. Unless
the return is a direct error of our end.

All Other Hardware Products
Hyratech will not accept unauthorized returns or
exchanges. Packages without an RMA number or expired RMA number will be refused
upon return to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is
not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging. All
return accepted will be inspected and must be diagnosed "defective" by a member
of Hyratech technical support staff. A detail diagnostic report will be recorded
from the inspection session. Keep in mind that we follow manufacturer's standard
as our guideline. If they don’t define it as defective, we consider it as
non-defective.
Products other than retail models such as OEM and bulk may contain different
length in manufacturer warranty and return policy. We strongly recommend the
customer to contact our sales office for detail prior of purchase.
The quickest way for us to handle a return is for you to accept delivery and
then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we
can credit your account in a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes
back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks, and
the shipping charges will be non-refundable both ways (original shipping charges
multiply by two). We cannot process your return until we receive the product.
We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us
immediately for an RMA number. Please note that all exchanged/returned
merchandise must be in 100% complete original factory condition, including all
packaging materials, inserts and manuals, registration cards (not filled-out),
software, and all accessories. Do not tape or write anything on the item or the
package!! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing,
written-on/taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such
returns. Customer is assumed all responsibilities for proper packaging. If the
return merchandise is damaged in shipment, or lost, Hyratech will not provide
any exchange or refund.

All Software Products
Unopened software can be exchanged with other in
stock titles within 21 days of the invoice date. An RMA number is required.
Opened software will not be accepted for return.
