HYRATECH.COM values each and every one
of our customers. You may return most products directly to HYRATECH.COM
within 21 Days.
You may return eligible products for a refund of the purchase price
paid, less shipping and any applicable restocking fees. See Details below.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective
or the return is a direct result of HYRATECH.COM's error, a restocking fee
of 15% of the purchase price paid will be charged.
How to Return a Product: Before
returning a product, you must first obtain a RMA number. RMA numbers can be
obtain on our website, or by E-mail. Please include your order ID when
requesting by Email.

Return the products in their
original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media,
documentation, and other items that were included in the original
shipment.

Ship the products at your expense,
and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during
shipment.

Package the product properly. Even
if the item is defective, HYRATECH.COM will not issue refund if item is
damaged during shipment due to improper packaging.
Upon receipt of your return, HYRATECH.COM will issue a
refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any
applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.
Exceptions to
HYRATECH.COM's Return policy
Laptop Motherboard: These products
are very specific with it's compatibility. There is NO RETURN for these
products. HYRATECH.COM offers 90 days warranty for all laptop
motherboards. Make sure you order the exact same part #, or make sure they will
be compatible if replacing with a different part #. HYRATECH.COM makes no
guarantee with it's compatibility list. Customer's are responsible for each
board's compatibility.
Laptop LCD Pixel Warranty:
HYRATECH.COM will only replace LCD with 3 or more dead pixels. If you have 1 or
2 dead pixels, HYRATECH.COM will not replace the LCD Screen.
