Do you have the item in stock?
   
All items listed on our website is actual inventory. Which means, we have that amount on hand.

What is your Warranty Policy?
   
All retail box items carries it's manufacturer's warranty only.
    All AC Adapters, will have 6 Months Exclusive replacement warranty from HYRATECH.COM
    All other BULK/OEM products we sell will carry 30 Days warranty from HYRATECH.COM, Unless otherwise stated on it's specific product page.
 

How do I return / exchange an order?
   
For returns and exchange, you may request a RMA within 21 days.

    RMA Procedure:
    1. Login to your account.
    2. Click on "Order history" under "YOUR ACCOUNT INFO"
    3. Click on "Search" to find all previous orders
    4. Click on the Order # that contains the product that you want to return/exchange
    5. Click on  "Create Return" above the company logo, or scroll down to the bottom to "Create return request" Section.
    6. Check the product(s) you want to return/exchange, Specify the Reason for Return and What you would like us to. Enter comment if any.

            Once RMA is Authorized, please send your product to:
